Oil Level Indicators for Accurate Liquid Monitoring

Oil Level Indicators provide a clear visual representation of the liquid level inside a tank, making it easy to monitor fluid levels from a distance. These indicators come equipped with a Reed proximity sensor that enables remote feedback for high, low, or multiple-level detection. The sensors are adjustable on-site and use latching technology for reliable performance.

The standard construction includes a transparent acrylic tube mounted on an MS flange, supported by four stainless steel tie rods. Reed proximity sensors are secured to the rods using mounting brackets. The float, made of solid nylon foam with low density, is connected to a piston rod, which features a circular bicolor disc embedded with a permanent magnet. This bicolor magnetic assembly ensures dual functionality—providing real-time liquid level indication while also activating the Reed Proximity Sensor. These indicators are widely used in applications involving coolant, oil, diesel, and hydraulic fluids.
