Calibration Engineer

Position: Calibration Engineer – Chennai

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Job Type: Full-Time

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves.
• Assist in setting up and operating calibration equipment.
• Record calibration data and generate accurate calibration certificates.
• Maintain calibration standards and documentation in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 or other relevant standards.
• Support onsite calibration services at customer locations when required.
• Ensure instruments meet accuracy and safety standards.

Key Skills:

• Basic understanding of measuring instruments and calibration procedures.
• Willingness to learn and travel for field assignments.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Salary Range:

• ₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications and performance)
