Position: Design Engineer

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.

• Diploma holders with strong technical experience may also be considered.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product design, CAD modeling, or industrial equipment design.

• Experience in pneumatic or mechanical component design will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop components such as pneumatic cylinders, valves, and other mechanical systems.

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).

• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure designs are functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.

• Analyze design feasibility, perform tolerance stack-up, and ensure alignment with application standards.

• Revise existing designs based on testing, customer feedback, and performance data.

• Document designs and maintain version control for all technical files and drawings.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for prototyping and production support.

Salary Range:

• ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance).

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and material selection.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
